There's pee smell circulating through my house because of my vents?

The other day, my toilet overflowed and before I could get a towel, pee/water ran across the floor and straight down into my vent. Now my house smells like pee. It's horrible and embarrassing! Is there something that I can dump down into my vent to get rid of the smell? Please help! I need something fast because I am expecting company in a couple days!
I don't think it was a lot of water. It's dried up now,..but the smell still lingers.

Was it a lot of pee/water? Hope not. Try sprinkling a box of Arm & Hammer baking soda down in the vent leave it for a day vacuum, repeat.
