Looking for this website on fact quizzes?

I used to go to this website and it had hundreds or thousands of fact quizzes.

They were multiple choice and you were given 10? seconds.

In the centre was the question/fact, etc. In big letters.

Then there are four large rectangles in two columns (2x2) below that with the answers in big letters and you choose one and proceed to the next question.

It had a daily?, monthly, overall ladder for registered users on know many facts they got correct, accumulating.

It had the word fact in the URL.

Users can submit quizzes themselves and it gets posted to the forum and an admin will add it if it's good.

Please help me find this website as I lost it and can't find it again. Thanks.
