it means you have entered the wrong code anytime you put code in and the phone does not unlock.
informative!!.. i got the unlock codes for my phone from Ihav.net. they provide unlock codes for mobiles at free of cost.
Hi i think you entered wrong code in your phone,so only it displays "Not allowed" . I got accurate unlock code from this site Unlocking4free.com . Then unlocked my nokia mobile at free of cost.Quote:
