Crypto Locker Virus Help?

Hello, I work at an advertising agency and recently found out that one of our client's was infected with the Crypto Locker Virus. The client is needing to give us files (photos, pdf's etc.) for some upcoming work, however, we are nervous to accept anything from them that could still be infected. Is there a general procedure for handling this? Is there somewhere we could take the files to have them scanned for infection, like a service that handles this?
