Does quickpwn 2.2.5 unlocks and jailbroke the iphone (1st generation) firmware 2.2.1?

I own an iphone 2G not 3G...In the "read me" file when i downloaded quickpwn it says that it can but some people told me that it can't be jailbroken and unlock but i think they were talking about the 3G....Please help!
My current firmware is 1.1.4 but i will update it from itunes and then jailbrake and unlock it...

I am not sure about the jailbreak as I did not want to do it on my phone. I used the permanent unlock from Simpleunlocking.com to unlock my iPhone 2G and it was very easy.
