If somebody hack my computer through IP address or through some other

resources (in my computer window vista i? and also icannot access my ip address throgh the process start->run->cmd->ipconfig.......plz help me...

No one can ever hack your computer through your IP address so easily. Even if someone manages to find your IP address somehow he/she cannot do anything with it. All the can do is find your basic geographical location through any IP lookup website like IP-Details.com So you need not worry about it.
