How to use your lap-top's bluetooth?

So, I have a Windows Vista Fujitsu Siemens, and.. some why, I can't use it's bluetooth to connect it to my GT-s5230. Help?
 
You needs:
samsung driver first and then install it...
ant then connect it via(throgh) bluetooth...
