live in Baltimore.? We usually go somewhere interesting to go site-seeing and shopping. I'm looking for someplace romantic and fun. Her birthday is the end of October, so the weather is usually cool. We're on a budget and would like to go somewhere fairly close by. Any thoughts? Thanks!
