How come my friends keep acting homo?

I don't know if they are joking or not but they are being weird, they act like they are flirting with me and my twin by saying stuff like "You're hotter than this hamburger", "You're so cute", "You look like a sexy rapper" and one of their sisters stalks me, like 3 days in and I barely know these people too.

Like seriously wtf, I don't really talk to them that much anymore cause they creep me out. I was new to the school and those were the first guys I met so idk if they are actually homo or just just trying to troll me to the max.
I'm not homophobic, if some random girl kept saying stuff like that to me and I wasn't her bf or dating her it would be weird. It's just weird because I'll try to have a normal conversation and out of the blue one of them says something sexual, happened every time.

They could be trolling you, but most likely not. It's is uncomfortable I bet, a guy can give a a male friend a casual compliment but as long as its not to creepy (homo). Like going to a club or something and saying, "you look good yo, gonna catch all the girls, wait but I'm gonna be there so might steal them all" .

If its not like that type of situation or something, and they give more than one compliment, then its definitely a little suspicious and weird
