Playstation 3 blue ray drive fix for not ejecting disc?

I have had a problem with the disc drive not ejecting the disc back out of the blu ray player. I took it apart and made it so the disc could be put back into the PS3 and then when I eject the disc the first time, the tracking goes off again and makes a loud noise where I have to take it all apart again and fix the tray alignment. So the problem is that the tray keeps locking up after I eject a disc for the first time after fixing it. Any help?
