i have a latitude e6410 and it has bluetooth. Problem is i can't seem to connect to a bluetooth device such as a wii u wireless bluetooth controller and a mouse. Whenever i attempt to access the blutetooth assistant or bluetooth settings, it asks to "please plug in bluetooth device and click ok" which doesnt make sense because i have bluetooth on my laptop. Can someone please help? im trying to install the bluetooth stack but again the pop up comes up.
