where can i buy one of these old gadgets?

Ok this is an guys gadget (boys toys) from late 80s early 90s it was a little box about the size of sat nav. that you velcro'ed to your cars dashboard, it had buttons on it that you press, and each button was different lsound ike a machine gun a grenade launcher or laser gun. it was for road rage and you just pressed a button and the sound came out the little speaker i think it was called an avenger.
ne way my question is where can i buy 1 of these or something like this or if any1 knows the corroct name for it so i can find 1 thanks.
