check the obvious: TARGET or WALMART first then if not then some other retail discount chain.

Just get one made for HD-DVD's, and break it a bit so it looks tacky, or grab a holder for PS3 discs, (ask the shop-keeper to put it in a plain paper bag so no-one see's you buying it).
