A friend gave me this LED flashlight it has Three settings regular,a dimmer low light, and strobe. But what I'm Wanting to know is on the second setting it makes this low pitch sound that you can only hear on the second one. When-ever I get close to something like a camera or something with it on it acts as an EMP it turns things off and distorts the screen as well sometimes drops calls. What is this?
