Where should I go to help promote a small business that is internet based?

I need to get some promoting done for these 2 amazing guys I know.
They just recently started a business and have this awesome and amazing idea...
they made this program called DesignSpace and they made a website for it called designspacenow.com...its for folks that have a myspace and allows that person to make a flash based layout with out having to do the work...the whole program does it for them...

but I have come to a stand still and dont know what to do to get them out there a little more with out getting kicked off website after website...
