How can I program a new Rogers Cell Phone with my current Bell Mobility Phone Number?

My friend is getting me a deal on a new Blackberry Pearl...however they work at a Rogers Store.
My phone is with Bell Mobility.

From my knowledge, Rogers uses Sim Cards....Bell Mobility does not.

What do I have to do to get my new Blackberry Pearl to work on Bell Mobility's carrier?
