1channle. Is it safe to downlaod Xvid?

Okay this is what keeps on happening. I can't even click on anything unless I dowlaod this stupid Xvid thing. I can't even click "x" to get rid of it... and no I can't watch movies because I have to download this first, that's why I asked. So I need some help please.

Also, I think everyone knows that 1channle has been hajcked so I have been using primewire.ag for a while. So I went back on 1channle to see if I can watch movies again.
