How can i export bodybuilding supplements from US to Other countries.?

though Bodybuilding supplements are quite available here in US..there are many countries where there isn't any available source to get supplements and people have to bring those personally for their use. I want to start exporting Bodybuilding supplements(protein,creatine,etc) to those countries. so i want to know how can i start this business? first i want to start in small scale....so how can i send the products to overseas countries in cheap rate?
