Scanning directly to a folder - no interface or settings prompt?

I was wondering if there is a way to scan direct to a folder with pre-saved settings on a Canon LiDE 100

In my office we have the above mentioned scanner connected to one PC. When we need to scan a document the person at the connect PC needs to stop what they doing and choose settings, save location and so on, each time.

I want to set it up that you'd just push the 'Scan' button on the scanner itself, which will scan and save it in a pre-determined folder on pre-determined settings.

I'm currently using Windows XP's camera and scanner wizard to do my scanning. I don't have any scanner capture software besides that, and HP does offer anything more practical.

Any ideas?
