What does high ast and alt mean?

I am a healthy, recently turned 30 yr old woman, and I don't drink. I recently received my lab results from blood work done at my works health center. My AST and ALT is high. 52 and 107 respectively. They wanted me to see my doc but I don't have one and the earliest I can get into one in the area is late December, early January. The range on from the lab is suppose to be 10-30 and 6-29. It also said that my absolute monocytes are a little low. Just wondering if it'll be ok to wait or not. I've read a lot about this and have seen a lot of differing responses. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
