ok once this guy called me an ugly bitch, am i ugly? am i shallow 4 caring?

ok, i got in a HUGE fight with this guy and he ended up calling me an "ugly b-i-t-c-h", and i was just wondering.. am i ugly? am i a shallow person for caring so much what he thinks? cause its really been bugging me. please be honest. thanks
