What branch of Meralco can I go exactly to complain? I am currently located here at

QC.? Would they bother to listen to my complains if they would find out that I'll be complaining about the reading in our sub-meters which were not purchased in Meralco. I dont know where this landlady bought this sub-meter, I just found out one day that it was already there, installed by somebody they call "electrician". I doubt bcoz a lot of people told me that Meralco wont entertain complains regarding sub-meters that did not came from them.
