Forgot password to Samsung Gravity to unlock the keypad... anyway to reset it?

will it delete all my text messages if i hard reset it?

This will not work if the keypad is locked. how do you reset the keypad lock?

I have totally forgotten my password for the samsung gravity and I'm completly locked out. I tried what others recommended but it has not worked. my phone says 4 to 8 digits required. Digits only, please help!!!

I turn the phone off
take out the sim card
turn the phone back on
enter *2767*2878#
the phone will turn off and then on. IT WORKED. THANKS A MILLION MAN!!!!!!

will this code work for a gravity 2 that had been locked with a security code?

Is this phone any good? By that i mean:

1.can it use Instant messengers such as msn?

2.Can it go on the internet(not tzones or that type of internet)?

3.Can it use an 8gb media card?

4.Does the internet have flash/flash light player?

5.Can it download apps from the internet browser(if it has one)?
