This is a bit off topic discussion. I just wanted to know your thoughts - is being socially anxious bad? I have been distancing from people who makes me feel toxic. But right now, I am feeling that nobody likes me, nobody wants to chitchat with me or hang out with me...I feel bad about it...
Have you ever feel it too? What did you do about it?
Sometime, It could effect you, But don't lock up yourself this way i guess you should come out and just try to do some things which will make you relax. If you like traveling then go with someone who genuinely care for you. It will be a good time period for you.

Maybe, you are right. Diverting attentions to create more happy memories. Though, you can't travel because of the pandemic.
