looking for a comic about a sidekick on a first date?

her primary superhero is very batman like(i know that's not much help) they are, i believe, devil themed (though it may be demon) its a romance comic between the sidekick and a boy. there is a funny scene on a rooftop with gatling guns. at the end the primary hero threatens to ruin him if he hurts her.

I last saw it in like 2005, and as far as i know it didn't have a sequel. I believe it was an independent and i think it was only online.
