Does anybody know if the DivX converter can convert HD WMV format videos to

HD MP4 videos? Just wanna know if DivX can convert HD videos to MP4 format since I believe it might charge for that option and I don't know if it does. I've been using Format Factory for a long time and now I've realized how slow the conversion downloads can be whenever I convert an HD WMV video file to HD MP4 video file, so now I wanna try another converter program that might work faster if not better than Format Factory so if anybody is willing to give me some info on this it would be much appreciated and if there happens to be a better converter program (that is Free and has good specs) than DivX or Format Factory please let me know.
