Change Ip adress for torrent downloads?

Hi!
I'm a member at a website called "asiatorrents.com" where I download torrents. I just found out that I have leeched so much without seeding that I'm banned. I'd like to create a new account and start seeding as much as I leech, but the website recognize my ip adress and won't let me register. I'd like a FREE way to change my ip adress and start my downloading again :)
Help would be appreciated.
