Netflix alternatives? DVD rental services by mail?

What are some really good alternatives to Netflix for DVD rental services by mail? I do have Netflix and I only have a DVD plan and I don't stream so I don't have a streaming plan. I don't like the idea of Netflix with Long Wait/Very Long Wait/Short Wait and it never ships and it ships the next one in my queue. I don't want Redbox because they don't have what I like and like 100% of the time I'm able to find everything I want on Netflix DVD rentals by mail but everything I can't find on Netflix streaming its just with Netflix DVD rentals. So could someone please suggest/recommend Netflix alternatives?
