Quick and easy recipes like this one?

I was wondering if anyone else had a recipe sort of like this one they could share:

Brownie in a Mug:
-1/4 cup sugar
-1/4 cup flour
-2 tbsp cocoa powder
-pinch of salt
-2 tbps olive oil
-3 tbps water

Add dry ingredients to normal sized mug. Add wet ingredients. Mix until consistent. Microwave for 1:40. Enjoy! (careful though, it's pretty hot)

You know, simple and yummy recipes (doesn't have to be dessert) that you can make quickly with things any person would have lying around the house. Preferably vegan. Thanks!
