Hello i cant see any of the movies trailers or any

videos and on my messenger i cant play any games...Help !?

You may have lost your active x control or your quick-time. Go to Apple.com and then to downloads. Once there go to download quick time. Then go to Microsoft Windows Update, and it will give you options. Take the option to allow Microsoft to scan your computer. Once done it will tell you what downloads you need. Good Luck!
