Torrent download issue?

I had two torrents downloading at the same time. I started them up 6 hours ago and they are both around 9gb each. The first one was really downloading slow and the second one was downloading at a good rate. I left to go eat dinner two hours ago and the second one was around 70% complete. I came home and saw that my internet crashed and it left the second one at 97.2% complete. The second one has an ETA of 2 weeks that drops down to a day, and the first one is downloading really fast now with an hour left. The second torrent keeps fluctuating and is now between 0-2kb vs 200+ how it was earlier. What happened? I only need 3% ><
Yea but up till 70% till I left for a few hours, the speed remained constant at the 200kb+
