(I'm gay) I'm so in love with my exboyfriend. Now what?

Were both 17. He's really insincere and he's kinda a whore. Were still friends though. We recently went on a trip together with school to Disney World. I've got a physical disability and its hard for me to get out of the rides. He picked me up out of every ride. I fell and my head slammed into the ground walking out of one ride and he got me up and walked right beside me protectively to my wheelchair and continuously made sure I was alright for the rest of the day. He's had a boyfriend since mid January and I got upset at night when I was tired about his bf since he was talking about him. He asked what was wrong and i told him. I put my head on his shoulder and he put his head on my head. He simply said "i know" as he comforted me. He was so unnaturally sweet and I just fell in love on this trip. I know he doesn't wanna date me. I just don't know how to get over him. I don't think i ever will.
