Would Samsung Galaxy S3 Quad-Core (International Edition) work on Wind Mobile?

Hi, I am considering buying a Samasung Galaxy S3 but the international edition with a quad-core as opposed to the North American dual core one. And I want to go with Wind Mobile and their unlimited plan, question is will it work on the Wind frequencies?

Will it work with Wind?

yes, however this company only offers edge (2g) wireless tech, which is much slower than any 3g/4g wireless tech.
