crypto in leopard gecko?

So I've just learned about the amazing cryptosporidium...
I have a female Leo. She is very healthy and eats everyday, drinks and gets lots of calcium. Every shed had gone well, never lost a toe and I've never had to assist her.
However her terrarium is about 80% excavator clay, then in the front corner its bare, with the heat pad under....I fill this spot with coco fiber and also put it in the moist hide. She's about 5 inches and won't ingest it.
I also give her a bath every week or so.
Now...she poops right on the excavator, I spot clean it everyday. But because the clay is stuck in place and cannot be wet i cannot bleach clean anything.
Am I safe or could it be a risk? Crypto I mean?
