...told me to leave. was that Illegal? The owner caught up to us and stopped us while we were snowmobiling on his property. he came up to us with a gun and told us to leave. I don't think he had the right to pull a shotgun on me even though we were trespassing on his land. He never pointed it at us he just had in his hands pointed down. Should I have called the police on him?
