Big city driving is getting me worried how do i stop beining so nervous & worried ?

Okay so tomorrow i'm going to langley BC, then victoria. I haven't been to each place in about 3-5yrs and i'm most likely gonna be driving and this has me worried mainly cause were i live its a small town so i'm use to not so heavy traffic, and i know where i'm going. Anyways how can i clam myself down and stop myself from beining so worried. My dad is also going i will be fallowing him hes gonna GPS i know its easy just fallow but still i'm worried how can i stop it ? thank you.
