Xpressway 2 Bluetooth headset won't work to ps3?

By Bluetooth headset does not work correctly whenever I actually play a video game, however, it is set up and paired correctly with the system. I am able to hear myself whenever I am under audio device settings from the main menu; just not in the game
((Settings) > [Accessory Settings] > [Audio Device Settings]).
Yes my bluetooth is connected, the input device is selected to my Bluetooth, my output is selected to my television (although I already tried my Bluetooth as a output too), and my volume is turned up, and Bluetooth is not muted. I've also tried reconnecting the mic and resetting the ps3 system
I have also it tried with an older ps3 system and the slim version while both systems are updated and they end up with the same results.
My Bluetooth is: VXi BlueParrott Xpressway II
What is the issue?
