I cannot open attachments using my Yahoo Mobile?

I can open them fine on my computer, I just cannot seem to view or save when on my phone. It give me an error "Sorry, an error occurred. Please try again. If the error persists there may be a problem with the file you're trying to access"

There is nothing wrong with the file as I can access them fine on any other device other than my phone. This happens to ALL attachments, so there is no limitation to the size or type of file. I have been through every known setting/option that may have to do with this with no luck.

I am using an HTC EVO 4G LTE on Sprint.
I have the most recent version of Yahoo mobile (3.0.18) which is what shows on google play.
