Where did the internet meme "Kill it! Kill it with FIRE!" come from?

I have been looking for the origin of the quote "Kill it! Kill it with FIRE!"

I can't seem to find anything. Anyone know where this originated?

I would say it is from the movie species... They try to kill the alien with fire, so in a part of the movie they say kill it with fire...

This is driving me mad. I have this quote stuck in my head, but can't seem to find or remember where it is from!
