Is there a gadget for older folks on viewing pictures thru E-mail?

My parents have dial-up on their computer and live in an area that doesn't have a fast speed. They miss out on so many pictures that come thru e-mail because of how SLOW it is..

I saw on TV once (didn't write it down) how this new gadget would allow you to email a picture (to them) and they could see it on this screen..It wasn't a computer, it was more like a frame of some sort. I believe it only does pictures and not text.

Does anyone know about this? And it wasn't something that you need to download pics on this thing-- you could email pictures to this gadget and the other person could see it.. Really great idea for aging parents to see pictures of grand kids or if they live far away!!!
