Why do so many people complain about "writers block"?

Ok, all you people who struggle to find inspiration or feel as if you don't know what to write about.

Everything around you is inspiration! The weather is inspiration, insects are inspiration, breathing is inspiration, your desk in an inspiration, a dirty old wooden fence is inspiration......Most people try much to hard and think too much and re read over their work and are to self critical...the best words are the words that flow from your heart! The best sentences should just flow out from what you feel.
Don't sit for hours and hours staring at a few sentences and wondering "ahhhh this sucks, i should change it" Just feel it and let it come out!! This applies to both Novelists and Poets.

Sorry for my rambling session, it isn't really a question, just to many people complain about "Writers" Block" when really the term should not even exist.
