Anyone use the site Gizmo Card before?

I have some questions about GizmoCard.com.

Heres the story I noticed that alot of places use this card online and I want to try it out. Problem is my parents are very nosey people. I am 19 but they like getting in peoples business. So I need a way to buy stuff online without any papers mailed to my home about what I buy.
So I have some questions:
1.Is it trust worthy?

2.Do they send an actual card to your house?

3.Any papers anything? (I know its says an email. But I want to be sure.)

If someone can help me out with this I would be really thankful.
