Which address to send this to?

I was thinking of sending a letter to Ronan Parke, but, there are two addresses and I'm not sure which one to use; This one was said in a status that fanmail should be sent to:
Modest! Management
The Matrix Complex,
91 Peterborough Road,
London,
SW6 3BU

But that was back in 2011 when that was posted.
The one in the page's bio says send fanmail to: Ronan Parke ADR Management Unit 17, Graylands Estate Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 4QD

Would I write that like this?:
Ronan Parke
ADR Management Unit 17
Graylands Estate Horsham,
West Sussex,
RH12 4QD
?
Please help, plus this is my first time sending fan mail >.>
It's about thanking him for the raising awareness of bullying, since i was bullied before.

I'm just worried he wouldn't reply. His page says he loves receiving fan mail, but I don't know...
