I don't know about FOC but this is what I've found for the original Empire At War (I haven't tested these yet)
Spawn Boba Fett - CHEAT_Empire_Spawn_Fett
Spawn Colonel Veers - CHEAT_Empire_Spawn_Veers
Spawn Darth Vader - CHEAT_Empire_Spawn_Vader
Spawn The Emperor - CHEAT_Empire_Spawn_Emperor
They dont work on either
Everyone who has SW EAW FOC asks if there are ANY cheats/console commands,
while NO ONE knows the REAL answer.
