Honda S2000 AP1 as daily driver.. Costs?

Currently driving a 1995 Isuzu Trooper (3.1 Turbo Diesel) which is pretty okay with fuel economy. I drive 32 kilometers per day and Half a tank (about 30-35 liters) lasts for 4-5 days with a soft foot. 2-3 days with a heavy foot.
I am also driving a 2011 model Kia Rio (base?) and I just got it, it's pretty cheap on gas as well.

Considering diesel fuel is cheaper than gasoline. (42.30:53.22) price ratio, what would be the fuel price and consumption compared to my diesel SUV?
Would be using premium gasoline (RON 95+) mixed with 10% bioethanol most of the time, and probably Shell VPower Nitro+ only once a month.
Question, would it be cheaper if I got an S2000 F20C for a daily driver?
