Nokia Phones Now Made in Germany?

I always used to Buy Nokia Phones and they were always Made in Finland.

Now Suddenly In Dec 2007,I See more Expensive N series Phones Like N70 And N73 Music Edition only available Made in Germany.
Are Germany Made Models of Nokia mobiles Duplicate?

Only Some 60 series phones made in Finland.

Are Germany Made Nokia Phones good and lasting Quality, will they last longer than Finland.

I dont find any difference, is it cheap quality?

I Live in the Middle East and Is it the same for People living in Other Middle east countries Like Dubai & Saudi?
