I live next to raspberries fields where there is an abundance of nettles growing. Im curious to try out a nettle recipe, however my only concern is the pesticides/other sprays that the farmers have been spraying in the fields recently. The raspberries are obviously ok, and the nettles don't seem to have browned or died (unlike the stray grass).. but I was still wondering if the nettles would be safe to consume?
