Thread: Worrying about the future?

I worry about EVERYTHING.

Getting sick-getting killed-people I love dying-the house catching on fire-me having some disease (I thought I had a tumor once...)

and I'm sick of it.

Evenn when I am happy at the moment I RUIN IT BY FEELING ALL NERVOUS AND UNSURE!!

Also, right at this moment I have a sinking feeling for no reason. I get this often....

what causes this??? (and what can I do??)

People get sick and killed and houses catch fire every day. So what? Focus your control on those things you actually have control over. And live in the here and now.

Maybe its a link to depression I cant be to sure though. Try and think about the good things in life and that should help.

Maybe you should set up an appointment with councelor or a doctor and tell them about your condition.

Also if you are at an adolence age talk to your parents.

You need to see a doctor or something and just stop worrying. I also worry a lot about the future. I helps just to think that want ever happens is all planed by God, so trust him and stop worrying good luck
