Sure, i don’t see why not... but it really depends on your definition of anti-gravitation. There are already several forces out there that are more powerful than gravity, such as magnetism. You could wear magnetic boots and stand on a polar opposite surface and achieve what you deem as anti-gravity. But there will always be gravity present. Gravity is always going to be a constant and always going to exist.
