3-6 degrees lower than actual? I am looking at the Weatherunderground.com web site page for my city today, The high temperature for todays says "92", yet it also gives the actual temperature and it is "96.
I checked for every day lad week and the predicted was always lower by 3-6 degrees than the actual high for the day.
